If we become aware that a review may be fake, misleading or otherwise inappropriate, we may remove it from our own website or report it to the relevant third-party review platform.

4. Incentivised Reviews

Secure Auto Coding does not normally offer incentives in return for reviews.

If we ever offer an incentive for a review, such as a discount, gift, prize entry or other benefit, we will make this clear and will not require the review to be positive.

Any incentivised review should clearly disclose that an incentive was offered.

5. How We Ask For Reviews

We may invite customers to leave a review after they have used our services.

When asking for reviews, we aim to:

• invite genuine customers only
• allow customers to leave honest feedback

Vehicle coding, diagnostics, module programming, software functions and related services can vary depending on the vehicle, its condition, software, hardware, specification, compatibility and suitability.
