2. Services
We provide professional vehicle programming, coding, and diagnostic services. All work is carried out to OEM standards using manufacturer-approved software and diagnostic equipment to ensure the highest level of accuracy and safety for your vehicle.
3. Bookings
All appointments and programming sessions are subject to availability. When booking, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding their vehicle (make, model, registration) and a clear description of the issues or requirements.
4. Payment
Unless a prior trade account agreement or alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon, payment is due in full upon completion of the requested work. We offer fixed pricing which will be communicated prior to commencing any procedures.
5. No Fix, No Fee
We operate a strict "No Fix, No Fee" policy. If we are unable to successfully complete the agreed programming, coding, or diagnostic work for any reason, no charge will be applied to the customer.
6. Customer Responsibility
The vehicle must be presented in a suitable and safe condition for the work to be carried out. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate description of any existing faults, warning lights, or previous work undertaken on the vehicle's modules.
7. Liability
All work is carried out with the utmost care, skill, and professionalism. However, Secure Auto Coding Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for pre-existing faults, underlying mechanical issues, or unrelated electronic failures that may arise or become apparent during or after our service.
8. Warranty
Our services are designed to restore or replace factory settings and configurations. We do not modify or tune vehicles for performance enhancement. All programming work is guaranteed to be carried out to official OEM specifications.
9. Cancellations
We kindly request that customers provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule efficiently and offer the time slot to another customer requiring assistance.
